Definitions and Scope of Agreement

Account Registration and Management

Each member is fully responsible for:

Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited. If hoh99 detects multiple accounts for the same user, all related bonuses will be cancelled and all accounts are at risk of suspension or termination.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

hoh99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Transaction limits and processing times are as follows:

• Minimum deposit per payment method: RM10
• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: RM100
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

All withdrawals are subject to standard security checks. hoh99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may cause a delay in processing the withdrawal.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the hoh99 platform. Attempts to transfer funds without meaningful gaming activity may be considered money laundering and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus and Promotion Terms and Conditions

hoh99 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements set and are only available to members who meet the eligibility criteria.

Regarding the 100% welcome bonus up to RM1,500:

• The bonus is calculated based on 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Second example: Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,700 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000

hoh99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including hedging across different accounts or betting techniques aimed solely at minimising risk, will result in cancellation of all related bonuses.

General Game Rules

All games available on the hoh99 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair game outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure or connection interruption during a game session:

• hoh99 will attempt to restore the game session to the last verifiable state
• If restoration cannot be carried out, the affected bets will be cancelled and funds returned to the member's account
• hoh99 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disruptions on the user's end

The use of any automation software, bots, scripts or other methods that are not manual play is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

hoh99 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Sharing account information or allowing a third party to access your account
• Committing any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities
• Using software or methods designed to compromise the integrity of the games
• Exploiting any bugs or technical errors in the hoh99 system
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the customer service team

hoh99 reserves the right to decline, cancel or reverse any transaction suspected of involving prohibited activities. Where there is strong evidence of fraud or misconduct, hoh99 reserves the right to withhold funds until the investigation is completed.

Account Suspension and Termination

hoh99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements within the stipulated period
• Suspected activities related to fraud or money laundering
• Request by a competent authority
• Account closure request submitted by the member themselves

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the hoh99 customer service team via live chat or email. Any funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection
